--Calculating for Comparable Concept Relation

Calculating for comparable concept relation is a method Based on the theory of Concept Algebra. This is a new logic reasoning method after the syllogism invented by Aristotle. The new logical results could be got from this method using solving the concept equation of the known concept relations. As we know the concept is the least element of logic thinking, so that the calculation among the concepts is the base of logic thinking automaton. At recent the calculation among the concepts is complex procedure, the concept calculator that is designed based on the theory of concept algebra could replace the procedure of concept calculating.

As well known the numerical calculator was appeared the calculating ability of figure was advanced greatly for mankind. It will be the same for mankind that the ability of logic thinking will be advanced greatly after the concept calculator used. The concept calculator that was designed based on concept algebra could help the people to solve the logical problems explained at this article.

Two propositions “Earth belongs to the solar system” and “the solar system belongs to the Milky Way system”, there are three concepts “Earth”, “the solar system” and “the Milky Way system”. These propositions are in the form of “belong to”. The concept expression of these propositions could be expressed as

        (A  <  B)  *  (B  <  C) 

A is pressed concept “Earth”; B is expressed concept “the solar system”; C is expressed concept “the Milky Way system”, sign “<” is compound operation on concept algebra, called “belongs to”, and sign “*” is concept multiplication on concept algebra, the meaning of this operation similar logic “and”. For getting the logical conclusions or logical explanations of these propositions, the following concept equation must be solved:

        X  /  ((A  <  B)  *  (B  <  C))  =  Dao

X is unknown variable; sign “/” is concept division, the meaning of this operation is “… get from…”; Dao is only one constant on concept algebra, the meaning of this constant is “logical”. According to Part One Chapter Five Paragraph Third of Concept Algebra, the general solution of this equation is as follows:

        X  =  ((A  <  B)  *  (B  <  C))  +  Any-term

The solution set of this equation must be limited for getting logical results. The procedure of solving and limitation is processed on concept calculator. If any category does not relate to the solar system and any category belong to Earth, then this category belong to the Milky Way system.

If any category does not relate to the solar system and Earth includes any category, then the Milky Way system also includes this category.

If complement of the solar system does not relate to any category can be gotten from complement of Earth, then complement of the Milky Way system does not relate to this category can be gotten from complement of the solar system too, either.

If any category belong to Earth and any category does not relate to the Milky Way system, then this category does not relate to the solar system, either.

If Earth includes any category and any category does not relate to the Milky Way system, then this category does not relate to the solar system, either.

If the Milky Way system belong to any category can be gotten from the solar system, then the solar system also belong to this category can be gotten from Earth too.
