		<title><![CDATA[ 五字”初中数学教学法 ]]></title>

		<description><![CDATA[ <font color="#009933">如何优化课堂教学结构，是每一位初中数学教师应予重视的热门研究课题 .笔者在实际教学中一直着眼于面向全体学生，发展个性，全面提高学生素质的质量目标，着手对初中数学课堂教学结构进行了重新构建，探索课堂教学规律，优化课堂教学结构，经过十几年的反复探索和实践,逐步形成了“设----启----练----测----归”五字初中数学课堂分教学结构模式，并收到了良好的效果。<br>
　　一、五字分层教学结构基本框架的理论依据<br>
　　1．设：是指创设情境，激起欲望(5分钟左右)。学生思维的过程受情境的影响，良好的思维情境会激发思维动力,激起求知欲望,不好的思维情境会抑制学生的思维热情,因此,创设良好的思维情境在教学中显得十分重要.<br>
　　2．启：是指启发诱导,探求新知(15分钟左右)。创设情境教学后的十五分钟是学生精力非常充沛，注意力特别集中，思维敏捷，识记能力强的最佳时间，因而也是教学的“黄金时间”。教师应把讲授的重点、难点内容集中安排在这段时间里予以解决。<br>
　　3．练：是指变式练习,反馈矫正(10分钟左右)。学生在经过有意注意为主导的接受知识的紧张思维之后，要产生精力上的短暂疲惫，其课堂表现力开始出现涣散。这时教师应充分调动学生的主动性，充分了挥学生的主体作，不断变换教学方法,改变刺激方式，设法让学生的多种感官参与活动，多做一些题组型的变式分层性练习，让学生把“已懂已会”的知识当堂达到熟练，形成技，促使学生产生新的兴趣和注意。可边讲边练，也可集中讲练，练习时教师注意巡回辅导，一切视具体情况而决定。<br>
　　4．测：是指形成测试，评价回授(10分钟左右)。这一环节可称为第二次反馈。这期间学生的注意力往往波动、涣散，表现出似听非听,坐等下课的心态。这段时间切忌草草收场，教师应在变式分层性练习的基础上，及时有效地组织各层次的学生进行有关基础知识和基本技能的检测，教师公布答案，学生互批，当堂认定达成度，注意及时补救。<br>
　　5．归：是指归纳小结,深化目标(5分钟左右)。数学教学的根本任务在于发展学生的数学认知结构，而数学认知结构是由数学知识结构转化而来的。因此，在课堂教学接近尾声时，引导学生进行归纳知识，总结规律，概括要点，明确问题，使知识、技能和思想方法三方面在学生头脑中形成一个经纬交织网。让学生掌握系统化、概括化、结构化的知识和技能，并纳入其认知体系，有助于对所学知识的深刻理解和保持，促进知识内化，形成良好的认知结构，同时又可培养学生的数学观念，提高学生的数学素养。<br>
　　二、运用五字分层教学结构 ,教师应充分发挥学生在教学过程中的主体作用<br>
　　首先，教师要重视调动学生的学习积极性，促进内驱力的形成 ,要着力把教学的重点转到学生身上，把教落实到学上，教师的主导作用应体现在对学生方向的把握和为学生创设有利的机会和条件上。<br>
　　其次是实施有效的控制目标。为保证这一课堂教学结构的最优实施，教师应确定明确的控制指标： (1)讲授时间不得超过25分钟，学生的思、议、练、测不少于15分钟；(2)变式练习和形成测试限时在课堂完成；(3)上课分层提问，分层指导，作业、考试分层要求，使各层次学生经过努力都能够尝到成功的喜悦。尤其是“问题生”，应有特殊的关照,即及时补偿(分层是动态的)；(4)对教学过程中所产生的各种"信息”，应及时强化、及时调节、及时反馈、及时矫正，便于教学的顺利向前。<br>
　　三、启迪<br>
　　课堂教学结构是课堂教学系统内部诸要素的有序组合，它直接决定着课堂教学的质量 .五字课堂分层教学结构体现了“学生为主体”、“思维为核心”的教学思想。课堂教育心理学表明；在学生课堂情绪被“唤醒”，注意力集中状态下教学,知识巩固率高且持续时间长，反之则巩固率低而时间短。由此可见，在教学活动中，学生处于学习的主体地位，当课堂教学结构中的各环节符合学生的年龄特点、心理特征、原有数学知识基础及个性差异时, 才能发挥高效率，产生最佳效果。因此，采用既科学又合理的课堂教学结构，并注意充分发挥学生的主体作用，是提高课堂教学效果的有效方法，是促进素质教育进入课堂的有效途径。</font><a href="http://www.lhjy.net/edu/"></a> ]]></description>

		<title><![CDATA[ 多怪自己少怪生 ]]></title>

		<description><![CDATA[ 教师不能只把教案写得详细周全，满足于“今天我上完课了，改完作业了，完成教学任务了。”而应该常常反思自己的教育教学行为，记录教育教学过程中的所得、所失、所感，为不断创新，不断地完善自己，为不断提高教育教学水平。教师要反思的内容很多，但以下几个方面经常反思是非常重要的。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 一、 总结精彩片断，思考失败之处<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 一堂成功的数学课，往往给人以自然，和谐，舒服的享受。每一位教师在教材处理，教学方法，学法指导等诸方面都有自己的独特设计，在教学过程会出现闪光点。能激发学生学习兴趣的精彩导课语，在教学过程中对知识的重难点创新的突破点，激发学生参与学习过渡语，对学生做出的合理赞赏的评价语等诸方面都应该进行详细记录，供日后参考。在教学过程中，每节课总会有这有那的一些不尽人意的地方，有时候是语言说话不当，有时候是教学内容处理不妥，有时候是教学方法处理不当，有时候练习习题层次不够，难易不当。等等对于这些情况，教师课后要冷静思考，仔细分析学生冷场、不能很好掌握知识这方面的原因。对情况分析之后，要做出日后的改进措施，以利于在日后的教学中不断提高，不断完善。如在教学《年、月、日》一课时，我精心备好课，上课时先提问题：小红今年12岁，奶奶今年60岁，小红和奶奶今年过生日，小红已经过了12个生日，可奶奶只过了15个生日，这是为什么？我刚说完，聪明的学生甲立马站起来说：“因为奶奶的生日是在闰年的2月29日，每四年才过一个生日。”这样就把我精心设计好的情境打乱了，我压住怒气，对学生甲面无表情的说坐下。然后继续按照自己备的课一步步上下去。结果是平平淡淡，平时积极的学生甲也不再举手发言。课后，我在办公室里说，“唉，这样的学生是聪明却也搅了我精心备的课”。只认为是学生甲的不错，破坏了我精心备的课。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 一次去听课，同样是《年、月、日》这课的教学，课的开头设计跟我的差不多。教师提问：小华和奶奶今年过生日，小华已经过了10个生日，而奶奶只过了14个生日，这是怎么回事儿？教师说完，有一学生举手说：“因为奶奶的生日是在闰年的2月29日，每四年才过一个生日。”我坐着想，看来这节课又要被破坏了。教师接着问：“你是怎么知道的？”原来他课外读过这类知识。于是教师接着说：“这个同学真能干，有那么多的知识。这节课就叫我和这个同学，当你们学习的小老师，我们一起来学习这节课的内容。”通过教师灵敏的反应，把学生引入了新授课来，也使教师自己走出了困境，活跃了学生的学习热情，同时也对这位学生做出应有的赞赏，提高了学生学习数学的积极性。这句话真是好，让我受益非浅。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 二、 反思自己的教育教学行为是否对学生有伤害<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 班级中有一位男学生数学成绩是倒数的，平时又特别调皮，经常上课不认真听讲。一天下课他拿着作业本到我面前，小心翼翼地问：“江老师，这道题怎么做？”我接过本子，一看，见是我早上课堂里刚刚讲完的习题，他还没订正好。我心头的怒火不打一处来，“你上课在做什么？我不是刚刚才讲过的题目？去问学习小组长。”<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;我这么凶的对待他，我想这个学生也许现在还会记得我当时那副凶巴巴的面孔。如果是位好学生，我想我会心平气和的为他讲解一遍。即使他上课没有听。静下来想一想，我这样做是不是太偏心了？事实上，我压根儿就没想过这样做有什么样的后果？我想他是用了很大勇气才敢来问我，被我这么一吼，怕是弄巧成拙，本想他能改正不认真听课的缺点，现在可能会使他更不喜欢听数学，上数学课了。同时我也轻而易举的把他的上进心给扼杀了。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 事实上，像我这样有意无意伤害学生的教师可以说是有很多。如果学生上课回答问题错了，立即批评，要他坐下。学生能够站起来回答教师提出的问题，本身一点就是勇气可佳。更何况他举手回答问题，说明他在认真听课，他在思考。久而久之，学生肯定不会在上课时回答问题了。有的教师经常会说我上数学就是没气氛，举手的学生就是这么几个。我想上面这点会占了很大一部分。对于差生，教师的态度可能会更差一些，考不及格不会给好脸色看，还不停的说他学习这么差，成绩是倒数的，拖班级的后腿……<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 虽然学生只是小孩子，但他们也有自尊。苏霍姆林斯基在给《教师的建议》里说：“任何时候都不会给孩子不及格的分数”，其用意是希望教师任何时候都要保护学生的自尊心。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 三、 反思教育教学是否让不同的学生在数学上得到了不同的发展<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 应该怎样对学生进行教学，教师会说要因材施教。可实际教学中，又用一样的标准去衡量每一位学生，要求每一位学生都应该掌握哪些知识，要求每一位学生完成同样难度的作业等等每一位学生固有的素质，学习态度，学习能力都不一样，对学习有余力的学生要帮助他们要更高层次前进。平时布置作业时，让优生做完书上的习题后，再加上两三道有难度的题目，让学生多多思考，提高思含量。对于学习有困难的学生，则要降低学习要求，努力达到基本要求。布置作业时，让学困生，尽量完成书上的习题，课后习题不在加做，对于书各别特难的题目可以不做练习。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 四、 反思自己的教学是否真正在谈到了教学目标<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 以下是教学乘法交换律与乘法结合律的几种方法：<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1、教师直接说出乘法交换律与简洁结合律的公式，学生记忆和运用公式。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2、教师演示导出公式，学生记忆和运用公式。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3、教师指导学生通过实际操作导出公式，然后理解和掌握公式。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4、教师引导学生看月亮图进行联想，接着看加法交换律与加法结合律联想，联想到乘法交换律与乘法结合律，然后验证联想，进而概括运用，从而理解和掌握公式。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 这几种方法都可以完成教学目标中的任务，知道乘法交换律与乘法结合律，能运用公式进行计算，简便运算。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 哪种教法真正能完成教学目标呢？<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;《数学课程标准》明确了义务教育阶段数学课程的总目标，提出从知识与技能，数学思考，解决问题，情感与态度等四个方面来进一步阐述。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 第一种教法是教师教知识，学生记知识，是一种填鸭式的教学。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 第二种教法，教师试图帮助学生理解所学的知识，但是忽略了学习的主体是学生，教师替代了学生的学习，无法使每个学生学习有意义，有兴趣，使学生全心的投入到学习活动。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 第三种教法，学生通过自己操作，自己学习，来理解和掌握知识。在完成知识与技能，数学思考，方面有较好的作用。但对于后面两个目标有所欠缺。学生的情感，兴趣没有尽情发展。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;第四种教法，通过学生的联想，激发学生学习数学的兴趣，通过验证联想，使学生全身心的投入到学习活动中，教师给了足够的思考空间，通过验证进而概括，使学生体验到成功的喜悦。从而积极愉快的进入到运用。帮助学生理解和掌握了知识，同时又培养了学生学习数学的兴趣，也帮助学生在乘法与加法进行建构，使学生获得了真正的发展。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 人无完人，我们只有在教学工作中，多多反思，改正教学中的缺点与不足，不断进步，不断完善，才能使自己成为一名优秀的人民教师。 ]]></description>

		<title><![CDATA[ 解题过程中多取一位 ]]></title>

<p style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 教学过程中教师应该注意自己角色的把握，引导学生进行解题的反思、归纳、分析得出解决问题的方法，体现了教师作为教学的引导者。在与学生的交流中主动参与学生的探究，口吻应该是参与式的。当学生能独立解决时，教师能把机会让给学生，让学生充分表达自己的思想，体现了教师是教学的合作者、参与者。在探究过程中，老师要很好地处理“学生自主学习与教师指导”的关系，要给学生足够的探究时间和空间，不能全部包办，给学生设计好所有探究的步骤、方向，让学生沿着教师预设好的问题一步一步地进行所谓的“探究”。同时也不能走另一个极端。教师虽然有让学生探究的愿望，但由于给学生探究的空间过大，思维的路径缺乏方向。这对天资教高或训练有素的学生可能会有一定的教学效果，但对于大多数学生往往启而不发。这种缺乏相应的教学材料、教学设计和教学资源情况下的启发，是违背循序渐进原则的启发。我们提倡在教师适度引导下的探究性学习，让学生亲自参与由表及里不断深入的理解过程，从而体验到发现所带来的快乐，实践了抽取实际事务量的关系而舍弃其他一切表面现象的一种思维活动。这样的探究教学活跃了学生的思维，数学变得亲切，学生乐于接受。挖掘生活中有关实例，对生活有丰富的感性认识的基础上，引导学生在他们理解的基础上来进行探究，真正形成师生是互动的“学习共同体”。在这种氛围中，真正调动了学生的探究欲望。课堂教学中真正体现教师是教学的组织者、引导者、合作者、参与者。</span></p> ]]></description>

<p style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 20pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 12.0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">听完课后的感想。从课堂上可以看出上课老师是位非常细致认真的老师，研究教材也很深入，从上面的一段对话就能反映出老师的教学特点。教学上注重课堂评价，有师生评价，生生评价，关注学生的参与程度，合作交流的意识与情感态度的发展。同时在教学过程中让学生先看书，然后归纳本节内容，是本节课设计的一大亮点，因为分析本节课内容，学生在小学已经有了“线段、射线、直线”的基础，如果教师一味的讲解势必造成学生没有兴趣听课。这样的设计把学习的过程交给了学生，培养了学生的归纳能力。由于比较注重把时间和学习过程交给学生，而且在讲解上比较的细致，导致上课的时间安排上有头重脚轻的感觉。由此想到在讲授线段、射线、直线的表示法的时候是否有必要都采用“学生归纳，教师总结，学生画图，教师画图，师生校对”这一教学流程，可否改变下教学的流程，改为“学生归纳，教师总结，学生画图，投影校对”节约下一定的时间为后面的知识探究留下足够的时间。</span></p>

		<description><![CDATA[ <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 计算机多媒体辅助教学，作为现代化的教学手段，已逐步成为目前教学技术手段的主流之一。它以图文并茂、声像俱佳、动静皆宜的表现形式，展示了数学的本质以及数学的内涵，良好地改善了认知环境，大大增强了学生对抽象事物与过程的理解与感受，从而将数学课堂引入一个全新的境界。计算机多媒体辅助教学确实有它独特的优势，可是，一旦惟其不可、缺其不行，那也必将走入一个新的误区。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 多媒体的程序化让数学课堂成为“放映厅”；上课前，教师已经设计好的一个完美的课件程序，上课时，教师只需要按部就班程序化地按键，课件便按顺序“播放”下去。这一堂课，教师变成“播映员”，学生变成“观看者”，师生一起“围着屏幕看”。当然作为“博映员”的教师必须想方设法将学生的思路引到电脑的既定流程上来，而作为“观看者”学生们思路也必须循着屏幕展示思路，否则，会让上课教师十分为难。</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 教无定法！不同的学生、不同的老师、不同的教材、不同的课题，而且不同的上课时间，授课方式和知识的呈现方式都会有所不同，岂能用一个固定的教学模式、一张统一的时间表或者某些量的指标，来衡量是否已做到以学生为本？</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 课堂教学既是一门科学，又是一门艺术。作为一门科学，就应该有一定的评价标准；而作为一门艺术，贵在创新，就不应该有唯一的评价标准。无论如何，数学课堂教学也应该崇尚行云流水般的自然流畅而非任何流于形式的“作秀”；还应该给予学生以广阔的自由纯真的空间而非人为的非自然的设置；更应该还给数学以其理性自然的真面目而非过于矫情的人文渗透。</p>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 确实在进行新课程的教学过程中，我们老师在备课时更多的时间是花在上网搜索相关课题的课件，如果有的话，下载多个相关的课件，然后进行对比筛选。上课时，按照课件的设计进行按部就班的教学，想方设法的让学生沿着课件的思路进行上课。一旦学生的思维和课件设计不一样时，总是费劲了心机把学生往课件的设计上引。（为了更好的进入下一个教学环节）正因为这样很多时候就没有注意学生的思维过程的培养，让更多的学生在课堂上大多的时间是在看“影片”，而不是在上课。近期我们在复习二次函数的内容，我们安排了6个内容进行综合。（一）实际应用（数的方面）、（二）实际应用（形的方面）、（三）几何图形的函数关系、（四）确定字母系数的值、（五）函数与相似综合1、（六）函数与相似综合2所采用的形式是把例题和练习印在提纲上，上课的时候以提纲为载体进行教学，避免了用课件的弊端。以往用课件上复习课，设置的问题是很精彩，但是上完一节课后学生需要进行整理时发现无从下手了，因为所有讲的问题就全部留在电脑了。可以把例题和练习留给学生。课下和几位老师进行交流，有着共同的感叹，课件的应用，不用过于注重形式，应该注重实效。印象最深的是听金山中学的李洪忠老师的课，几次听他的课都没有用课件，但是却能让学生实实在在的在课堂中有收获。看来问题的关键是在于用课件是不是能比不用课件体现出更大的优越性来。或者说是用课件应该是体现出他的辅助教学的功能。 ]]></description>

		<title><![CDATA[ 分析一下学生的课堂听课状况 ]]></title>

<p>观察学生数学课堂听课状况有下面5类</p>
<p>1、上课不听也不做与课堂有关的事。这类学生如果在课堂中占多数的话，那么大家也知道意味着什么了。</p>
<p>2、上课不听，自己自学或做作业。如果出现这种情况的话要考虑是否教材所涉及的内容过与简单，学生没有听课的兴趣。或者是老师的教学方法是否过于乏味。</p>
<p>3、上课偶尔放松。分为2类。一是放松了去关注自己的私人话题（与课堂无关）这样的话，师生都需要检讨。老师要发挥好自己组织者的作用，学生要检讨自己为何会放松要求。二是自己去研究所遇见的问题。这就需要让学生明白如何在课堂中合理利用时间的问题。就如同有些学生课堂中遇见不懂的问题，就一直问同桌同学，结果是2个人把问题研究清楚了，却把课堂中需要听的部分给落下了。</p>
<p>4、上课能随老师的安排去听课。也分2类。一是能在老师分析后领悟所学的知识。二是能与老师的分析同步理解所学的知识。如果课堂中能有多数学生能达到第二种情况的话，那么这个班级学生的数学素质已经很高了。</p>
<p>5、带着问题来听课，带着思考去听课，带着问题结束这节课。这应该是所有老师所追求的最好结果。课堂已经不仅是传授学生知识，更重要的是交给学生学数学的方法，让学生去体验数学的美。当然这与所上的课型有关，所涉及的教学内容有关，也与老师的教学观念、教学水平有关，也离不开学生的学习习惯的培养。课堂中带着思考去听课，也就是要让学生不惟书，不惟师，敢与说出自己的想法，求异思维。如果学生能坚持这样的学习。那么必然是会乐于学习，能发现问题，并能提出问题，也能去寻求解决问题的方法了。做为老师所需要做的就是给学生搭建好平台，让学生去展示自己。</p>

　　1、使学生真正懂得学习数学的目的，使他们真正对数学感兴趣，这就是这棵树的根，这也是学生学习数学的真动力。<br>

　　2、初中数学课本最基本的概念及运算，好比这棵树的主干。所以无论如何要使之系统化、条理化、清晰简明、精炼扎实、贯通一体为要，同时要反复提炼、归纳，使之在学生心中变得愈简明愈好。<br>

　　3、围绕课本上这些最基本的概念而灵活运用的习题，好比这棵树上的枝叶。充分运用这些习题培养学生应用课本上的基本知识解决种种具体问题的能力。<br>
　　<br>
　　4、树的枝叶不宜太多，太多了学生会太累。也不能太乱，太乱了学生会太烦。更不能用别的树上的枝叶来折腾学生。<br>
　　<br>
　　5、当学生在做任何习题时，最好能时时提醒他们要从树的主干上来理解，从而使他们能从种种貌似繁杂习题中，看到它们其实是课本中基本概念的简单运用的真面目。<br>
　　<br>
　　6、时时使学生心中只有一棵简单清晰、有条不紊的初中数学之树的体系，有一充满勃勃生机的根及坚实简明的主干支撑着初中数学知识的全体。这样学生就能够在任何时候都能以从容轻松的心态来应对任何貌似复杂，但实质上是很简单的问题，也就不会感到数学知识杂乱无章了。<br>

　　一旦使学生明白了自己日常的功课、作业、考试，也无非是课本上基本概念及基本运算的变体形式，真正知道这一万变不离其宗的迷底，学生就不会被日积月累的知识所累、所困，而是能保持轻松、清醒的心态来应对各门功课、考试乃至将来的中考、高考。<br>

　　其实，各门功课的学习之道都是如此。胸有全局，重点清楚，就不至于一叶障目不见森林，在知识的末梢上过多地消耗精力和时间，到头来，反倒没有精力去重点知识了。</div> ]]></description>
