You have heard about the spread of .  company is taking this seriously, and is taking precautionary measures.

  

I would like all of you to ensure that you act on ALL of the following:

 

      When in office, please wash your hands regularly.

 

      If feeling unwell, please take sick leave and do not come to work.

 

      If people at your home have the flu, you should also work  from home 

 

       We have updated all contact numbers have been updated in BCP call tree list. Do respond to calls from your colleagues/managers and not ignore or switch off your phones unless necessary.  In particular, it will be worth checking for text messages as you come to work.  

      In case of office closure, you will be informed by your manager  via the call tree.  If you are unsure of the situation call the RTCL emergency number

 

     Be prepared in case of office closure taking your laptops home EVERYDAY. It will be useless if the office is closed and your SecureID is with you at home, but your laptops are in the office.

 

      Please keep the RTCL Emergency number in your mobile phone xxx. The number provides a recording message informing staff if the office is open or closed, and any other specific messages.

 

      If you are travelling for  business  reasons (either within China or outside China), lease:

o        Make sure your manager  has informed me of your travel dates and destination

o        Take intelligent precautions on your trip.

 

      If you are travelling for personal reasons (either within China or outside China), then it will help us help you if you let your team leader know generally where you are.  This would be in case the situation changed quickly, so we could better understand what may be affecting our staff - for example travel restrictions.  If you are on holiday and you find you are affected by such restrictions please look after your self, and if possible let your manager know.
