<p>酸辣汤做法：</p>
<p>1.将笋切丝，豆腐切成细条，备些肉丝待用；</p>
<p>2.锅内烧开水，放入味好美调料包，边倒边搅拌；</p>
<p>3.然后将1中各丝全部倒入，再把打碎的鸡蛋慢慢倒入，边倒边搅拌，煮沸即可。</p>
<p>4.最好再加点糖，因为此调料过辣，加少量糖，正好中和一下。</p>

<p>2.将馅料塞入油面筋；</p>

<p>4.起油锅，放2汤勺植物油，油烫后，倒入一大碗水，待水沸腾后，倒入油面筋、金针菇，</p>
<p>再放盐、味精、少许糖、酱油等，翻炒直至面筋熟透，汤汁收干装盆。</p>

<p>呵呵！很久很久没有更新了，给自己些压力！</p>
<p>前天看到央视一饮食节目中介绍的包馅豆腐衣，我家宝宝很想吃。</p>
<p>先记下菜谱，尽量抽空自己尝试制作一下。</p>
<p>1.准备馅料，这个馅用的是马蹄和肉酱。</p>
<p>先把马蹄洗净去皮，切块剁碎，不用剁得太细，略粗些更有口感。</p>
<p>将肉酱与剁碎的马蹄搅拌，放入适量的盐，味精，少量酱油着色，混合均匀备用。</p>
<p>2.把馅料用豆腐衣包裹。</p>
<p>3.在锅里放油，油热后，放入已包馅的豆腐衣，炸成金黄色捞出。</p>
<p>4.等锅里的油降温后，再放入豆腐衣小火煎，等包馅煎熟后捞出，横切块或斜切块装盆即食。</p>

<p>土豆洗净，去皮，切块，放入水里煮熟，建议用新土豆，煮的时候放些盐。</p>
<p>煮熟后，捞出，待凉后放入千岛酱拌匀即可。</p>
<p>可以再煮一些胡萝卜，黄瓜着色！</p>
