A group of graduates, well established in their careers,
were discussing their lives at a class reunion.  They decided to go visit their old university professor, now retired, who was always an inspiration to them. 

During their visit, the conversation turned to complaints about stress in their work, lives and relationships. 

Offering his guests hot chocolate, the professor went into the kitchen and returned with a large pot of hot chocolate and an assortment of cups.  Some cups were porcelain, glass, crystal, some plain looking, some expensive, some exquisite. He invited each to help themselves to the hot chocolate. 

When they all had a cup of hot chocolate in hand, the professor shared his thoughts. 

“Notice that all the nice looking, expensive cups were taken, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones.” 

“While it is normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress.” 

The cup that you are drinking from adds nothing to the quality of the hot chocolate. In most cases it is just more expensive and in some cases even hides what we drink.” 

What each of you really wanted was hot chocolate.  You did not want the cup . . .
but you consciously went for the best cups.” 

“And soon, you began to eye one another’s cups.”
 “Now friends, please consider this Life is the hot chocolate . . .
your job, money and position in society are the cups.”

“They are just tools to hold and contain life.” 

“The cup you have does not define, nor does it change, the quality of life you are living.” 

“Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the hot chocolate God has provided us.”

一群事业有成的大学毕业生在一次班级聚会的时候议论他们的生活。他们决定去探访他们现已退休的教授，他总能赋予他们灵感。

在访谈中，话题转移到抱怨他们在工作、生活和人际关系方面的压力上。 

教授招待他们热巧克力，他从厨房拿来一壶热巧克力和各式各样的杯子。有瓷器的、玻璃的、水晶的。有的看起来普普通通，有的看起来昂贵高级。教授让他们自取巧克力。 

当他们每人手上都有一杯热巧克力的时候，教授就开始发表他的高论。 

"请注意:所有看起来好看的或贵重的杯子都被你们拿上了，剩下的都是些普通的便宜的杯子."  

为你们自己挑一个最好的杯子是很正常的做法，但是这也正是你们的问题和压力的所在。

你用的杯子并不提高你喝的巧克力的质量。在大多数情况里它只是比较贵而已，而在有些时候它还隐蔽了我们在喝的东西。 

你们每个人其实想要的是热巧克力，并不是想要杯子。但是你们却有意识地想要一个最好的杯子。  

并且很快你就开始留意别人手里的杯子。

现在，朋友！ 让我们来思考…… 

生活就是那巧克力，而你们的工作，金钱和社会地位就是那些杯子

 它们只是支持和承载生活的工具。 

你所持的杯子即不能说明，也不能改变你活着的生活质量。  

有些时候因为我们太关注于杯子，而不能享受上帝供给我们的热巧克力 

要牢牢记住……

上帝酿制热巧克力，他并不选择杯子。 

最快乐的人并非拥有他们每样事情的最好之处。 

他们只是对他们的事情做到尽力而为。 

简单地生活……

宽容地爱……

深切地关心……

和蔼地说话……

把剩下的事情都交给上帝。

要记住：

最富有的人不是拥有最多的人，而是需要最少的人。

上周末我的“国学之旅”探寻了位于河南洛阳孟津县的龙马负图寺，感受中华文明起源之一的河洛文化。

孟津是伏羲主要战斗过的地方，那里的二十多块历代碑文记载了千年来的一个传说：孟津县城西北边黄河中漩涡倒流的地方，曾出现一匹龙马（很可能是一匹很有脾气的青马），据说这个龙头马身的神兽奔驰起来可以让河水暴涨。后降伏龙马的太昊伏羲，发现龙马背上的鬃毛排列与自然规律有着奇特的规律，马背上的图案即是河图。此谓“河出图”。 河图中包括五行阴阳、天地之象。

而之后在洛阳洛宁县，有神龟从洛水出现，背负‘洛书’。 洛书只用了9个自然数，排列成一个正方形，形成华夏历史上影响深远的九宫图。数学家华罗庚曾评价：“洛书可能作为我们和另一星球交流的媒介。”

传伏羲根据河图洛书画成八卦（天、地、水、火、山、泽、风、雷），不过伏羲的八卦把乾坤放在正南正北，后世周文王做修改调整八卦的位置，在经过孔子等不断总结，逐渐成为《周易》。至今深刻影响每个中国人的阴阳学说、五行学说、中医、气功、武术和太极等都是在此基础上产生。

在“河出图”的地方，一直都建有寺庙，晋朝叫河图寺、今日叫龙马负图寺。寺中有花一年一开，在2008年北京奥运之年却突然开了两季。寺中三皇殿设有伏羲、炎帝、黄帝和女娲娘娘的塑像，那里的伏羲的穿着基本是原生态，头上还长有两角（类似小牛角），据说伏羲睡觉是把头角挂在树上休息。

三皇殿九十年代初重修寺庙，由于三皇殿中已有伏羲塑像，为避免重复曾将伏羲殿中千年来一直供奉的伏羲像改成文王像。但即将竣工一日清晨，被雷电劈中，屋背上的龙子被一分为二，寺内设施损失极重，遂将伏羲重新请回伏羲殿。

龙马负图寺中的伏羲是人身，不是象汉代以后画像中的“人面蛇身”，但无论蛇与还是此处的龙马都与中华文明的图腾龙有关。

而龙马精神所代表的不仅是易经哲理，更是中华文明，岂止“龙行九霄”“ 势若奔马”所能形容。

附：河图洛书

（"河图"讲体，体中见用。阴阳黑白点相组，呈现五方，以象五行。图，整体呈环状，代表周而复始、生生不息。它的排列顺序为："天一生水，地六成之，为北水。天三生木，地八成之，为东木。地二生火，天七成之，为南火。地四生金，天九成之，为西金。天五生土，地十成之，为中土"。）

"洛书"讲用，用中也可见体。"洛书"形方，其位九以象九宫，广行交合生克制之道。"洛书"之体即中虚之太极，其机用见北一之阳水。四阳居四正位，四阴居四偶，它的数理顺列同于天道右转地道左旋之理。

请注意那时讲的东南西北的位置与今天正相反。比如西方阳金九点，移居南方火位，南方之阳火七点，移居西方金位。火金移位行相克收敛之功。一三不动行水木相生之道。

前几日参加朋友聚会，聊起人除智商和情商外，还有体商，就是BQ（Body Quotient），体商不仅指体质，也不仅指身高、体重的外表，据说还包括力量、速度、耐力、速度耐力、平衡能力、定向能力、柔韧性、协调性、灵活性、适应性。“体商”高低与性别、年龄、脑力和体力劳动、地区、民族等有关。比如一般男女之间的体商年龄差距是5-7岁。

回来查一下，发现还有奸商的概念，sorry，是健商，HQ(Health Quotient)，就是指一个人的健康智慧及其对健康的态度。健商不仅包括体商，还包括心灵商（MQ）、人缘商（RQ）和性商（SQ）。

再看看，不只是健商，现在还有人提出财商甚至玩商、吃商……

    不过其实似乎大概也许都可以归纳为三商：健商、情商与智商。如果每个人的幸福指数可以用三位数代表，那么健商应该是百位数，情商是十位数，而智商是个位数。

在葡萄牙一个月的时间至今令人回味，早上吃蛋挞喝咖啡，晚上去小餐馆听FADO。这种葡萄牙民间音乐非常有激情。

Fado一字源自拉丁文，意思是指命运。它的发展历史虽只有Blues的一半，但是因为文化的孤立，fado的表演精神与精髓几乎没改变，成为葡萄牙灵魂的象征。精神上，它和美国的Blues、希腊的rembetika接近，都在描绘都市贫民的心声。一般来说，fado的内容多半与爱情、思乡、命运的摆布有关。

fado音乐的旋律则来自传统抒情曲，歌词则严格遵守押韵对句诗的格律，它是葡萄牙民间文学的传统，诗意的歌词是fado音乐的精髓。

上月刚满40岁的Dulce Pontes是葡萄牙著名的音乐家、作曲家和歌手，九十年代葡萄牙FADO音乐的代表人物。Dulce Pontes则形容fado是一种非常特别的音乐，用来表达自我，几乎像宗教祈祷一样。它不见得是哀歌，但是就某个深层的层面而言，它让你的灵魂赤裸。这首大海之歌是其所演唱。

刚看了东邪西毒终极版，王家卫把电影拍得太唯美了，无论是画面还是配乐。给人印象深刻的是这几句话：

人最大的烦恼就是记性太好。如果什么都可以忘了，以后的每一天都将会是一个新的开始。你说，那多开心。

每个人都会坚持自己的信念，在别人看来，是浪费时间，她却觉得很重要。

我知道得不到的东西永远是最好的。

今天去看了莎拉布莱曼在北京的演出。由于对萨拉大姐的非歌剧非流行的跨界唱法越来越缺乏共鸣，之前偶并没有太大兴趣跑趟首体。但一朋友提醒：且不论其唱法和唱功，萨拉这次带来的舞美制作确实是世界顶级水平。

从现场来看确实不错，三块一开始看上去并不起眼大屏幕，通过光影的投射，给整个演出带来了梦幻般的背景效果。萨拉和她的伴舞者们有时出现在月亮上，有时躺在水中；有时在森林中骑车奔跑，突然又出现在雪天中圣诞树旁；加上周围动画制作的魔幻骑车人、木偶仪仗队、不断长大的草木灌丛，时间与空间在萨拉这场的演出不断转换。

萨拉大姐也表现得非常卖力，或躺或站或跪或骑车甚至坐在秋千上吊在半空中，快到知天命年龄的她证明自己采用各种姿势都可以演唱。内设有通道的T型舞台、可张可合的背景屏幕，和秋千、空中散花甚至床褥等道具的应用，极大扩展了舞台的空间。加上演员不断更换（有时是以惊人的速度）的华丽服装和不断变化的背景，加大丰富了视觉效果。

尽管很多观众遗憾没有听到奥运歌曲《我和你》，尽管偶感觉在演出安排节奏上还可商讨，但感觉这场演唱会在舞美设计方面确实值得学习。在文化演出和体育赛事行业，二十一世纪什么最不可缺？体验激情与视觉享受！
