<p style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 18pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 18pt; TEXT-ALIGN: left; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-line-height-rule: exactly" align="left"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">在<span lang="EN-US">PCB</span>抄板工艺中，有时会因为温湿度控制失灵或者曝光机温升过高，导致底片变形，如果继续，会影响最后的<span lang="EN-US"><a href="http://www.ldpcb.com/" target="_blank">PCB<span lang="EN-US"><span lang="EN-US">抄<span lang="EN-US">板</span></span></span></a></span>的质量和性能，倘若直接弃用则会造成成本上的损失，那么有没有什么解决方法可以修正已经变形的底片呢？有。笔者对这个问题颇有心得，结合多年的工作实践，总结出几个简单使用的底片变形修正的工艺法，仅供参考：<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>　　<span lang="EN-US">1</span>、剪接法：这个方法适用于对线路不太密集，各层底片变形不一致的底片，对阻焊底片及多层板电源地层底片的修正，效果尤为明显。具体的操作：将底片变形的部分剪开，对照钻孔试验板的孔位重新拚接，然后再进行拷贝，当然，这针对的是变形线路简单、线宽及间距较大、变形不规则的图形；对导线密度高，线宽及间距小于<span lang="EN-US">0.2mm</span>的底片不适用。<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>　　温馨提醒：剪接时注意尽量少伤导线，不伤焊盘。拼接拷贝后修版时，要注意连接关系的正确性。<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>　　<span lang="EN-US">2</span>、<span lang="EN-US">PCB</span>抄板改变孔位法：这个方法适用于对线路密集的底片，或者各层底片变形一致的修正。具体的操作：先对底片和钻孔试验板进行对照，测量并分别记下钻孔试验板的长、宽，然后在数字化编程仪上，按照其长、宽两个变形量的大小，调整孔位，将调整后的钻孔试验板去迎合变形的底片。这个方法的好处是：免除了剪接底片的烦杂工作，并能保证图形的完整性和精确性。不足之处在于：对局部变形非常严重，变形不均匀的底片的修正，效果不佳。<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>　　温馨提醒：要运用这个方法，首先要熟练掌握对数字化编程仪的操作，采用编程仪放长或缩短孔位后，应该对超差的孔位重新设置，以保证精确性。<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>　　<span lang="EN-US">3</span>、焊盘重叠法：这个方法适用于线宽及间距大于<span lang="EN-US">0.30mm</span>，图形线路不太密集的底片。具体操作：将试验板上的孔放大成焊盘去重叠变形的线路片，以确保最小环宽技术要求。<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>　　温馨提醒：因重叠拷贝后，焊盘呈椭圆，重叠拷贝后，线、盘边缘的光晕及变形。如果用户对<span lang="EN-US">PCB</span>板的外观要求非常严格，请慎用。<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>　　<span lang="EN-US">4</span>、照像法：这个方法仅适用于银盐底片，在不便重钻试验板，且底片长宽方向变形比例一致时，可采用。操作也非常简单：只需利用照像机将变形的图形放大或缩小即可。<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>　　温馨提醒：通常底片损耗较多，需要多次调试才能获得满意的电路图形。在照像时对焦要准确，防止线条变形。<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>　　<span lang="EN-US">5</span>、晾挂法：此方法适用于尚未变形的底片，也可防止底片在拷贝后变形，具体操作：在底片拷贝之前将其从密封袋内取出，在工作环境条件下晾挂<span lang="EN-US">4--8</span>个小时，让底片在拷贝前就已经先变形，那么在拷贝后，变形的几率就很小了。对于已经变形的底片，则需要采取其他办法。<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>　　温馨提醒：因为底片会随环境温湿度的变化而改变，所以在晾挂底片的时候，要确保晾挂处与作业处的湿度和温度一致，且需在通风及黑暗的环境下，以免底片遭受污染。<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>　　当然，以上都是在底片变形后的补救方法，工程师还是应该有意识的预防底片变形，在<span lang="EN-US">PCB</span>抄板工艺中，通常会把温度严格控制在<span lang="EN-US">22</span>±<span lang="EN-US">2</span>℃，湿度在<span lang="EN-US">55%</span>±<span lang="EN-US">5%RH</span>，采用冷光源或有冷却装置的曝机，并不断更换备份底片。<span lang="EN-US"><br></span>　　若有对<span lang="EN-US">PCB</span>有兴趣的朋友，可<span lang="EN-US">qq:724259866</span>，交流一下心得。</span></p>
