就此而言，我需要感谢杨佳，因为如果有一天，我被误抓入警局时，我想警察习惯性地进行殴打时，不会不有所顾忌。

杨佳的刺杀行动是经过缜密策划的，刺杀的都是高年龄的警察，也就是警官，这些人是暴力施行的决策者。不杀女警，说明他确实有着自己的原则与底线。

没有无缘无故的爱，也没有无缘无故的恨。

如果这个刺杀案件能够对国家进步有所促进的话，那就是不幸中的大幸了。

有人对此提出质疑，认为陈先生只是出于炒作，借机获取利益，但我认为这是合法的，即合乎法律程序的。尽管陈先生不能代表“所有灾区群众”，但他有权力这样声明，因为这是宪法赋予他的权力，即言论自由。

我也认为陈先生不应当起诉范老师，不应当从范老师那里取得任何一点赔偿，但陈先生却有这个法律资格来起诉。譬如，我可以向法院主张我对天安门广场拥有所有权，但仅仅是我的主张而已，在我提出合理的证据之前，法院是不会受理的。

陈先生也一样，根据谁主张谁举证的原则，陈先生必须举出证据，证明自己的利益受到了侵害，这方面的证据应当是具有资格的医院的医师出具，但我不认为陈先生能够拿到。

陈先生此次站出来，我想是出于追随心理，即政府都根据言论向范老师下手了，我追随一下，应当可以获利。然而陈先生可能没有算计清楚，那就是政府的作为，是在法律之外的，走的是行政手段，而陈先生你，则需要按照诉讼程序进行。

假如陈丹平真的向法院提请诉讼的话，假如法院真的受理的话。

我对此拭目以待。

武松却望灯明处来。看时，正是厨房里。只见两个丫环，......武松却倚了朴刀，制出腰里那口带血刀来，把门一推，呀地推开门，抢入来。先把一个女使角儿揪住，一刀杀了。那一个却待要走，两只脚一似钉住了的，再要叫时，口里又似哑了的，端的是惊得呆了。休道是两个丫环，便是说话的见了，也惊得口里半舌不展。武松手起一刀，也杀了。

武松原在衙时出入的人，已自都认得路数。迳踅到鸳鸯楼胡梯边来。捏手捏脚，摸上楼时，早听得那张都监、张团练、蒋门神三个说话......蒋门神急待挣紥时，武松早落一刀，劈脸剁着，和那交椅都砍翻了。武松便转身回过刀来。那张都监方才伸得脚动，被武松当时一刀，齐耳根连脖子砍着，扑地倒在楼板上。两个都在挣命......休说张团练酒后，便清醒白醒时，也近不得武松神力，扑地望后便倒了。武松赶入去，一刀先剁下头来。蒋门神有力，挣得起来。武松左脚早起，翻筋斗踢一脚，按住也割了头。转身来，把张都监也割了头......蘸着血，去白粉壁上大写下八字道：“杀人者打虎武松也！”

把桌子上银酒器皿踏匾了，揣几件在怀里。却待下楼，只听得楼下夫人声音叫道：“楼上官人们都醉了，快着两个上去搀扶。”说犹未了，早有两个人上楼来。武松却闪在胡梯边看时，却是两个自家亲随人，便是前日拿捉武松的。武松在黑处让他过去，却拦住去路。两个入进楼中，见三个尸首横在血泊里，惊得面面厮觑，做声不得。正如分开八片顶阳骨，倾下半桶冰雪水。急待回身，武松随在背后，手起刀落，早剁翻了一个。那一个便跪下讨饶。武松道：“却饶你不得。”揪住，也砍了头。

杀得血溅画楼，尸横灯影。武松道：“一不做，二不休。杀了一百个，也只是这一死。”提了刀下楼来。夫人问道：“楼上怎地大惊小怪？”武松抢到房前。夫人见条大汉入来，兀自问道：“是谁？”武松的刀上飞起，劈面门剁着，倒在房前声唤。武松按住，将去割时，刀切头不入。武松心疑，就月光下看那刀时，已自都砍缺了。武松道：“可知割不下头来。”

便抽身去后门外，去拿取朴刀，丢了缺刀，复翻身再入楼下来。只见灯明，前番那个唱曲儿的养娘玉兰，引着两个小的，把灯照见夫人被杀死在地下，方才叫得一声：“苦也！”武松握着朴刀，向玉兰心窝里搠着。两个小的亦被武松搠死。一朴刀一个，结果了。

走出中堂，把拴拴了前门。又入来寻着两三个妇女，也都搠死了在房里。武松道：“我方才心满意足。”有诗为证：都监贪婪甚可羞，谩施奸计结深仇。岂知天道能昭鉴，渍血横尸满画楼。

如果最后的两三个妇女是两个，则武松杀了十四人，如果是三个，则杀了十五人。其中大多是无辜妇女，我认为这不能说明武松是个侠义之士，似乎与其所杀的蒋门神无异，甚至更加可鄙。

不能因为他是个英雄好汉，就抹煞他所作的恶。与杨佳相比，武松的人品差了许多。

08年是个转折年，因为奥会的缘故，必须向国际社会进一步公开，也由此，各种消息不断涌现出来。从纸老虎，到雪灾，到奥运宣传车出轨，到314，到东莞童工，到到ev71，到火把传递，到512，再到628，很明显可以看出来，民间舆论与官方宣传明显不一致。这是个很危险的信号，意味着官方对民间的对立。

杨佳是个很有价值的样本，值得社会学家及社会心理学家进行研究，我是这样认为的。首先我不赞同他具有心理疾病，因为他是有选择的进行其刺杀行动，被刺杀的对象分布在三个楼层，并且没有针对任何女性，似乎具有一定的骑士精神，所以我认为他的精神是很正常的，在进行刺杀时，及其冷静，计算清楚。其次我同意报复说，但绝不是由于自行车的原因。对一个计算得如此清楚的人，对利益得失一定计算得十分清楚，自行车的价值很小，不足以支撑他去行刺。

所以我认为一定有更深层次的原因，而且上海市局的网站也已经撤换掉了原来公告的原因。找出这个原因，对弥合社会分裂，我认为有积极意义。

无论如何，我无法认同刺杀十位警察是合适的行为。任何人命的损失，都是悲惨的。

关于这件事情，由于出现了攻击政府机构的情况，所以一定会被定论为暴乱，但我更愿意称之为暴动，在真相查明之前，用一个中性词来称呼它。

[王兴正]：  现已查明：2008年6月21日20许，李树芬与女友王某一起邀约出去玩，同李树芬的男朋友陈某及陈的朋友刘某等吃过晚饭后，步行到西门河边大堰桥处闲谈。李树芬在与刘某闲谈时，突然说："跳河死了算了，如果死不成就好好活下去"。刘见状急忙拉住李树芬，制止其跳河行为。约十分钟后，陈某提出要先离开，当陈走后，刘见李树芬心情平静下来，便开始在桥上做俯卧撑。当刘做到第三个俯卧撑的时候，听到李树芬大声说"我走了"，便跳下河中。刘见状立即跳下河去救李树芬。王某急忙打电话给陈某，并大声呼叫救人。陈立即返回河边，跳下河中帮忙施救，陈见刘已体力不支，便用力先将刘拉回岸上。王某、刘某随即报警，并打电话通知了李树芬的哥哥李树勇（1989年12月9日生，瓮安县第二中学高三毕业生）。[20:09:49]

The violence erupted Saturday afternoon in Weng'an, a county in Guizhou Province. Thousands of people, including many middle school students, converged around the buildings and began attacking them, they said.

The villagers clashed with paramilitary police officers who were dispatched to deal with the situation.

"Thick black smoke billowed everywhere," said a man who answered the telephone at the Weng'an County People's Hospital, where he said about a dozen injured people were taken. "The incident shows that the social order around here is not stable."

The Information Center for Human Rights and Democracy, which is based in Hong Kong, said that the unrest was provoked by the death of a 16-year-old student who was raped and killed. The group, citing relatives of the girl, said that she had disappeared after being called away by three young men, two of whom were related to officials in the county's public security bureau.

The men were interrogated for 24 hours and then released, the rights organization said.

The group said that one person died, 150 were injured and more than 200 people were detained in the Saturday incident. The figures could not be independently confirmed Sunday.

About 500 middle school students went to the public security bureau to protest Saturday, "but they were dispersed and beaten," the group said, adding that this had led to a larger protest by about 10,000 people.

Violent protests have broken out across China in recent years as citizens vent anger over official corruption, land seizures and rising economic inequality; the government has made the creation of what it calls a harmonious society a priority ahead of the Beijing Olympics, scheduled to begin Aug. 8.

The man at the county hospital said the violence had destroyed the first two stories of the police building and the first floor of the six-story government office building. Most of the injured suffered from superficial wounds and were students and police officers, said the man, who did not give his name for fear of reprisals.

Another resident who would give only his surname, Li, said that the crowd was huge, but that only 100 to 200 people had actively participated in the violence. Some were beating police officers, he said.

"People hate the police very much," Li said. "They ignored the case."

At around 4 a.m., the police used megaphones to urge people to leave the area, and local television stations were broadcasting notices on Sunday asking people who participated in the protest to turn themselves in, he said.

Residents said the area where the rioting took place was cordoned off Sunday and was being patrolled by the police. That area also houses the Communist Party committee building, which was almost gutted, Li said.

Xinhua, the official news agency, carried a short story about the violence, citing unhappiness over the official ruling over the girl's death. "Some people who did not know about the exact context of what had happened were instigated to mob the police station and the office buildings of the county government and Communist Party committee," Xinhua said.

The report did not provide details on the official finding or the cause of death but said that order had been restored. Headlines on Chinese Internet bulletin boards said that the girl had been raped and killed, but the postings could not be opened, an indication that the items were considered sensitive and had been removed.

陕府的作为，可谓够狠。我前段时间就论述过，周老虎不过是一个小不点，真正应当被问责的，应当被起诉的，正是这些企图通过假老虎进行欺诈的政府有关部门及其官员，因为不清楚有几个部门及其官员参与了这起欺诈事件，我只能用有关部门这种模糊词语来描述。

然而我只能进行呼吁与要求，我相信，最终，这一起明显的群起作案，肯定不会有任何一名政府官员进入诉讼程序，因为如果这样做，违背了中国政府的运行规则，是潜规则。正因为这次事件中，不会有任何政府官员服法，所以，我也不会因为政府承认了真相，而对其有任何观感上的改变。

周六公司聚会，吃大餐，唱歌。我没有去唱歌，早早回家了。毕竟，明敏最重要。

明敏很喜欢在院里的那辆大客的驾驶室里，冒充司机。但昨天因为不好好吃饭，我决定惩罚他，无论他怎么恳求，怎么保证，怎么哭闹，就是不带他去。

今天早上就好多了，他一醒来，就说：爸爸，我要好好吃饭。

看来还是有效果的，今天下班后，买点好吃的犒劳他。
